Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 15 oz corn kernels, drained
  • 1 can 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for garnish

  • Sour cream for garnish

Instructions:

In the Instant Pot, put in the corn, black beans, kidney beans, crushed tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, garlic, and diced chicken

Spices like oregano, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper should be added

Use a stir to mix

Close the lid on the Instant Pot and turn the valve so that it seals

Make sure the timer is set for 10 minutes at high pressure and choose "Manual" or "Pressure Cook

" After the cooking time is up, quickly release the pressure

Take off the lid and stir the chili around

If you need to, change the seasoning

Add sour cream, fresh cilantro, and shredded cheddar cheese to the top of the hot chili before serving

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs beef short ribs

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

To make the marinade, put soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, little bits of garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a bowl

Put the beef short ribs in a shallow dish or a plastic bag that can be closed again

Pour the marinade over the ribs and make sure they are well covered

For the best flavor, marinate in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight

Put the beef short ribs and the marinade they were in into a Crock-Pot

Low-key for 6 to 8 hours, or until the meat is soft and can be pulled off the bone easily

Add toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top before serving to make it look nice

Put the Asian-style beef short ribs on top of rice or noodles and drizzle some of the tasty sauce over each serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions:

Dice the chicken breast, onion, garlic, mushrooms, red bell pepper, and add them to the pan

Add pepper and salt to taste

Turn the heat to low and cook for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is done and the vegetables are soft

Before you serve, stir in the chopped cilantro

Serve hot on top of rice that has been cooked

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a bagel shape

Use your finger to make a hole in the center of each bagel

Place the shaped bagels onto the prepared baking sheet

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 24 cupcakes liners
  • 3 cups chocolate chips for coating
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil for coating
  • 3 cups whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in 24 of the muffin tins

Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl

Mix the dry ingredients together with the eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla extract until everything is well mixed

Add the hot water and stir until the batter is smooth

It is going to be thin, but that's okay

Fill up each cupcake liner about two thirds of the way to the top with batter

Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until you can stick a toothpick in the middle and it comes out clean

After taking the cupcakes out of the oven, let them cool for 10 minutes in the pan

Then, move them to a wire rack to cool all the way down

To make the chocolate coating, melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a bowl that can go in the microwave and stir them together until the mixture is smooth

Cover the tops of each cupcake with melted chocolate and let the extra chocolate drip off

After you put on the chocolate, wait about 10 minutes

Whip the cream in a different bowl until it starts to get thicker

Powdered sugar and vanilla extract should be added and whipped in until stiff peaks form

Put the whipped cream in a piping bag that has a big star tip on it

Cover the chocolate coating on top of each cupcake with a big swirl of whipped cream that you piped on

You can add more melted chocolate to the whipped cream if you want to make it look nicer

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

Roll out the oats, add the almond flour, and mix in the vegan protein powder in a large bowl

Mix everything together well
