This Easy Slow Cooker BBQ Beef recipe is perfect for busy days when you want a delicious and comforting meal without much effort. The beef cooks low and slow in a flavorful barbecue sauce until it's tender and juicy, making it ideal for sandwiches, wraps, or served over rice.
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Take off the beef chuck roast's extra fat and put it in the slow cooker
Take a bowl and add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper
Mix the ingredients together
Make sure the beef in the slow cooker is evenly covered with the sauce mixture as you pour it over it
