Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Everything bagel seasoning optional
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, and salt
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, melted coconut oil, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar
Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a bagel shape
Use your finger to make a hole in the center of each bagel
Place the shaped bagels onto the prepared baking sheet
Optionally, sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top of each bagel
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bagels are golden brown and firm to the touch
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving
Enjoy warm or at room temperature
