Asian-Style Beef Short Ribs - Crock-Pot

Tender and flavorful Asian-style beef short ribs cooked to perfection in a Crock-Pot. The sweet and savory marinade infuses the ribs with rich flavors, creating a mouthwatering dish that's perfect for a hearty meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs beef short ribs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

To make the marinade, put soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, little bits of garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a bowl

Put the beef short ribs in a shallow dish or a plastic bag that can be closed again

Pour the marinade over the ribs and make sure they are well covered

For the best flavor, marinate in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight

Put the beef short ribs and the marinade they were in into a Crock-Pot

Low-key for 6 to 8 hours, or until the meat is soft and can be pulled off the bone easily

Add toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top before serving to make it look nice

Put the Asian-style beef short ribs on top of rice or noodles and drizzle some of the tasty sauce over each serving
