You can enjoy this creamy and healthy smoothie bowl that is full of bananas, strawberries, and peanut butter. It's a tasty new take on the old PB&J sandwich!
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, frozen
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- Toppings of choice: sliced banana, granola, additional peanut butter
Instructions:
In a blender, combine frozen bananas, strawberries, peanut butter, almond milk, chia seeds, and rolled oats
Blend until smooth and creamy
Pour the smoothie into a bowl
Top with sliced banana, granola, and drizzle with additional peanut butter
Serve immediately and enjoy!
