Ingredients:
- 2 cans coconut milk
- 1/2 cup honey
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, honey, lemon zest, and lemon juice
Whisk until well combined and smooth
Pour the mixture into ice cream molds or popsicle molds
Insert sticks into the molds
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set
